    ניאצינאמיד הוא מרכיב השייך למשפחת ויטמין B. זוהי אחת משלוש הצורות שבהן ניתן לצרוך ויטמין B3. למרכיב זה קשת רחבה של פעולות המסייעות לטיפול בהיפר-פיגמנטציה וגוון עור לא אחיד. לניאצינאמיד תכונות נוגדות חמצון ואנטי דלקתיות והוא ידוע כחומר המונע ומשקם היפר-פיגמנטציה, בנוסף הוא מסייע לשפר את גוון העור ואת מרקם העור על ידי שיפור תפקוד מחסום העור.
